Service Kits
developed and produced according to the OEM bills of material
CAPS offer an extensive range of service kit options for Atlas Copco, HPC/Kaeser, Compair Broomwade and Compair Hydrovane compressors. All CAPS service kits are direct replacements to the OEM kits and are manufactured in house to stringent ISO 9001 standards and to OEM bills of material.
CAPS can provide Separator kits, Preventative maintenance kits, Filter kits, Air/Oil filter kits, Unloader kits, Check valve kits, Drain kits and Thermostatic valve kits including VSD ranges, in fact everything needed to fully service a compressor unit. Service Kits from CAPS are available for your 2000, 4000, 8000 & 16000 Hour service schedules.
Air Filter, Oil Filters and Separators
designed to meet OEM performance and specification
CAPS Air/Oil filters and Separators are manufactured utilising the highest quality filtration and separation media on fully automated state of the art production lines. The unique construction and materials used gives increased resistance to differential pressures, increase in operating temperatures and residual oil carry over rates as low as 1 to 3 mg/m3. The filtration and separation media used ensures that CAPS separators can be used with all types of oils whether mineral, semi synthetic or fully synthetic.
In-line elements

CAPS offer replacement filter elements for a number of manufacturers, including Atlas Copco, Compair, Compair Hydrovane, Domnick Hunter, Ingersoll-Rand, Ultrafilter, Deltech, Hiross, OMI, Walker and Zander.
Our extensive range offers inline filter elements for use in a variety of industries. CAPS filter elements include pre-filtering, general purpose, oil removal and activated carbon ranging between 5 and 0.01 micron filtration.
Lubricants

Mineral, Semi synthetic or Fully synthetic, Rotary screw, Rotary vane or Reciprocating. CAPS have a lubricant that will meet your requirements.
CAPS offers a wide variety of lubricants and coolants for rotary screw, rotary vane, reciprocating/piston compressors that offer an excellent alternative to OEM lubricants. CAPS can offer alternatives from our standard lubricant range – Rotafluid (Mineral), Rotasyn (Synthetic), Rotagold (Synthetic), Rotafluid FG (Synthetic food grade), Rotavane (Synthetic), Rotavane FG (Synthetic foodgrade), Recipfluid (Synthetic) and offer alternatives for non standard lubricants.
Airend Services
including New replacement, Service Exchange and Rebear options.
In partnership with our Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (RTC), CAPS offer a comprehensive range of airend rebear options for the 4 major OEM brands of Atlas Copco, Compair, HPC/Kaeser & Ingersoll Rand, ranging from 11kw through to 300kw. Every Airend is repaired to exacting standards by our trained and experienced RTC technicians in our rebuild centre of excellence.
CAPS also have a range of brand new replacement Atlas Copco GA Airends which are available as an outright sale or service exchange as a more competitive alternative to Atlas Copco originals, these range from 11kw through to 250kw. As standard they come with a full 12 month warranty (subject to conditions).
Downstream consumables

CAPS' activated alumina desiccant is specifically designed and produced by a unique process to maximise air quality, satisfying the most demanding applications. Having uniform mesh size, low abrasion rate, high crush strength, long service life and low pressure drops available in sizes from 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4".
The activated carbon used in CAPS carbon bags has been specially chosen for its suitability for compressor condensate. CAPS replacement carbon bag range is suitable for Beko, Denco, Domnick Hunter, Ecosep, Hankinson, Ultrafilter, Zander, Compair, Atlas Copco, HPC and Kaeser systems.
